Is it because,

1. They forget the fact that they have to work a bit?
2. Their starting salary is peanuts?
3. Their hike is a little bit more than peanuts?
4. They forget the fact that they have to follow office timings?
5. They refuse to accept that they do not understand or talk English language?
6. They prefer not to serve and mostly ill-treat those that seek help with them?
7. They are mostly oblivious and blind to world affairs and concentrate on internal Politics.
8. They think that jobs are safe, despite the fact that there was mass downsizing in AIADMK’s rule?
9. They are mostly unfortunate to work in the midst of stacked files?
10. They do not have to pay for their timely beverages.
11. They assume it is a birthright to delay the task from public that comes to them.
12. They assume they can avail casual leaves much more that what they are eligible of?
13. Their perks from the government or outweighed by the perks guaranteed by other private MNCs.
14. They can expect a handful of money regularly in the name of pension after retirement.
15. Their PFs and DAs are right on time without delay or trouble.
16. Their office lacks appropriate infrastructure and sanitation?
17. They inculcate a pride from within from boosting around about their privilege to work there.
18. Most of them love to extend their lunch time before and after the real lunch hours.
19. They are under the misconception that the whole system/ network will malfunction in their absence.
20. They guess that the public is too much dependant on them?
21. They forget they do not have a pick up and drop service?
22. They do not have to work more than 10am to 5pm?
23. They still prefer to stick on to the conventional method (of following a ledger) rather than to use advanced facilities.
24. They do not like to look up at the steady performance based growth of employees MNCs and other successful domestic corporates?
25. They forgot the fact that corruption became pandemic just because they did a virtual research on it and practiced it so well and passed it on to all the others and the generations continue to inherit it too in the worst ways possible.
26. They are under the misconception that they fund the government.
27. Their customer care wont work pat 5pm and before 10 am.

Note: No offence against anyone, but as far as my knowledge goes I am totally pissed off with their service.
