Ruchika does not even gets half justice

Justice delayed is justice denied. 1.5 years of imprisonment is not even a punishment for molesting a fourteen year old girl to a former Haryana DGP SPS (who is supposed to be responsible to preach law & justice).

Details of the case
Aug 12, 1990 : 14 year old Ruchika was molested by former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore.
Sometime before Dec 1993 ( may be somewhere between June – November, Ruchika’s brother was arrested for various charges of theft).
Dec 28, 1993: Ruchika ended her life by consuming poison.
Aug 21, 1998: The case is submitted to CBI enquiry by the High Court.
Dec 21, 2009: Rathore was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment.
Jan 5, 2010: Rathore was charged for abetting Ruchika’s suicide.
May 8, 2010: CBI recommended 2 years of imprisonment to Rathore.

1. Molesting Ruchika
2. Manipulating Ruchika’s autopsy
3. Abetting Ruchika’s suicide
4. Likely to have arrested Ruchika’s brother on false charges and various others.
