She surrendered so humbly to the love of her dreams

All prepared and well dressed;
with the candles arranged all around;
a romantic fragrance sprung from nowhere,
causing the little heart wander around everywhere.
It almost resembled a fairlyland,
puzzling this Alice in wonderland,
she dolled on a chair;
in a chair right in front of the table,
so quite & humble,
her heart; it mumbled,
everytime she realised it was fallible;
her heart; it rumbled.
Here comes the fairyman,
so unhurried and undulant,
as best at his vest,
to give his best shot,
assuming the rest;
the rest to be at its best.
He dragged his chair
and wished his dear.
All set to be connoisseur,
that did not last,
as his dear was there.
A swift shift to an epicure;
he thanked the preparer,
thanked him quick for the wonderful supper,
as his focus was somewhere;
on the somewhere that was right across the table.
They grabbed a walk in the nearby park,
a wonderful moment for them to talk,
a talk to share;
share all that was in stock,
as they were clear;
clear that it wasn’t fake.
He was awaiting the moment,
a moment to stop the talking
and cease the walking:
everything was perfect;
so perfect for the swapping;
swapping of the little hearts;
that kept flapping;
flapping so earnestly for the swapping to happen.
He seized her hands,
so close to his heart,
to make her sense the palpitation of his heart.
She felt his heartbeat,
and realised it skyrocketed.
He took the lead
to hold her head,
and pushed himself forward,
to passionately kiss her;
his first kiss on her;
on her forehead.
He put his hands in his pockets,
to pick his ringbox,
to present it to his dear.
He went down on his knees,
to make her a plea;
a plea that said “Will you marry me?”
A ring in his hand,
few words from his mouth,
made it all;
made it all for the new start.
Tears rolled down her eyes,
overwhelmed with joy,
she went speechless,
her eyes helped her;
helped express all her emotions.
It mentioned him;
that her heart longed;
longed for a long-lasting commitment,
though the longing lasted;
lasted for so long,
she knew it was for good,
for she found the best,
the best of all.
With no second thought,
she surrendered;
surrendered to the love of her dreams.
She yielded;
yielded her hands into his,
with earnest prayers,
that they should be held;
held forever,
for the rest of her life
until her last breath;
as she decided;
decided to dedicate;
dedicate every breath,
with utmost faith,
to dedciate every breath;
until her death.
